      Active mediator in Switzerland, senior consultant at Armonibre, I offer mediation, training and consulting services in conflict management. I work mainly in the field of mediation in the professional environment.<\/p>\n

      My mediation style is strongly based on The Center for Conflict Understanding in California, working with conflict in a different way, to see and recognize the emotions in myself and my clients. This allows me to gain a deeper understanding of the issues and to help find solutions that will truly satisfy both parties. I work mainly on the relationship without evacuating the object of the problem. I adapt my mediation style (facilitative, evaluative or transformative) according to the needs of the parties and the object of the mediation, from a humanistic mediation to a reasoned negotiation assisted by a third party.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      My greatest strength is to accompany the person to think \"out of the box\" in times of conflict and change, focusing on communication with authenticity.<\/p>\n

      I am currently a conciliator at the \"Commission Ecoute-Concilliation-Arbitrage-R\u00e9paration\" (CECAR), a trainer for the \"Haute Ecole Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e\" (HES-SO) and \"The Center for Understanding in Conflict\" (CUC). In parallel, I teach dance (Margareth Morris method) and regularly practice meditation and walks in nature, which allows me to be fully present and focused in order to offer my clients an authentic and quality service.<\/p>\n

      I am a sworn mediator with the State of Geneva and accredited with the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (CSCM) in Switzerland. I am also certified by the Swiss Federation of Mediators' Associations (FSM), the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and the Alternative Dispute Resolution\/Online Dispute Resolution (ADR\/ODR) I practice in French, English, Spanish and German.<\/p>\n

      I studied International Relations at the University Institute of Geneva, Business Administration at HEC Montreal and the European Master in Mediation at the IUKB Sion. I have over 20 years of experience in human security in Europe, North and South America. I have worked for the World Economic Forum, UNICEF-Montreal, Peace Brigades International-Bogota, the Swiss Government's Parliamentary Services, the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, the Department of Public Education of the State of Geneva, the State Secretariat for Migration of the Federal Department of Justice and Police in Bern.<\/p>\n
