Prevention, collaboration contract

  • Implementation of a conflict management process (1 working day): CHF 2'500
  • Awareness program (managers/collaborators), preparation and service: CHF 2'500
  • Consulting contract (1x 1h/month for coaching and support in conflict resolution: CHF 300/h - CHF 3'000/year
  • Annual contract for a pool of external Armonibre confidants (6 persons of your choice) who react within 24/48 hours. For any conflict situation. From CHF 600/year, then CHF 250/h per service.

Mediation offer

Up to four participants : CHF 500/h. Package ½ day CHF 2'000, one day CHF 4'000, plus transportation and room rental.
Co-mediation : CHF 700/h (up to four participants). 1/2 day CHF 2'800, one day CHF 5'600, plus transportation and room rental. Preparation included.

More than four participants: price to be determined.
