Welcome

The quality of a place can change the quality of a conversation.

Window setting

A restored place in a living landscape.

CPC Logo

The Concise Peace Center was created around a simple intention: to give people and organizations the calm, time and attention needed to understand what matters, work through tension and move forward with clarity.

Here, the setting is not decoration. It is part of the work.

One Center, Three Invitations.

Each experience is shaped around a clear purpose, with the space, pace and support chosen to serve the people in the room.

  • LEARN

Build practical conflict, communication and leadership skills through applied training, reflection and practice.

  • RESOLVE

Create a protected setting for mediation, facilitated dialogue and tailored support in difficult situations.

  • GATHER

Bring a team, board, community or learning group together for focused work, connection and renewal.

Designed with intention

Intimate by design, generous in feeling.

The restoration keeps the character of the barn visible through original beams, stone and familiar proportions, while introducing warm timber, natural light and contemporary comfort. Its scale supports presence and trust: enough room to move and think, without losing the closeness that makes real conversation possible.

It brings Armonibre’s mediation, training and advisory work into a setting made for presence. It also opens the doors to aligned facilitators, organizations and small groups looking for a distinctive venue where meaningful work can unfold without distraction.

  • Natural Rhythm

Daylight, views, quiet surroundings and space to step outside.
  • Flexible Use

Conversation circles, workshops, focused team sessions and small events.
  • Thoughtful hospitality

A warm arrival, kitchen access and a setting that feels cared for.

Ways to gather

A venue with a point of view.

CPC is intended for work that benefits from depth, care and a little distance from the everyday. Programs may be led by Armonibre or hosted by aligned professionals and organizations whose approach reflects participant care, professional standards and respectful communication.

  1. Focus Day: A dedicated day for a small leadership, board or project team to think clearly, make decisions and reconnect with purpose.

  2. Dialogue Salon: A half-day or evening format for a roundtable, community conversation, board session or intimate learning event.

  3. Team Retreat: One or two days for reflection, difficult conversations, renewed working agreements and practical next steps.

  4. Learning & Practice: Armonibre-led or partner-led workshops in conflict literacy, mediation, communication, facilitation and related human skills.

  5. Facilitator Residency: Recurring access for aligned trainers, coaches and facilitators who value continuity, care and a distinctive participant experience.

Philosophy

A protected setting for seeing differently—and moving forward together.

The center is grounded in positive neutrality, transparent communication, self-reflection and openness to new options. Calm is not an escape from difficult work; it creates better conditions to do that work well.

  • Presence before pace: Make enough room to listen, notice and understand before deciding what comes next.
  • People and purpose: Keep the human issues in the room while remaining practical about choices and outcomes.
  • Care without taking sides: Support participants with respect, clarity and neutrality in a setting built for trust.
  • Insight into action: Translate reflection into concrete agreements, stronger habits and realistic next steps.

The intent

Not simply a room to rent. A place that supports the reason you are meeting.

CPC welcomes work that asks for attention: leadership and team retreats, facilitated dialogue, learning programs, conflict prevention, mediation, community conversations and thoughtful offsites.

The experience begins with the purpose of the gathering. From there, the room, rhythm and level of support can be shaped around what participants need to do—and how they should feel while doing it.
